Pattern
Hold 2strands of yarn together to the entire time..
Round1: ch51, sk1,1sc in each, 2sc in last, 1sc in each of the other side of ch (opposite side) 2sc in last
Round2 to 4: 1sc in each around. you should have total 102 stitches
Round5 to 27:  1 hdc in each around
(Change colour at any time you wish ) i have changed after every 6rows)

Row1: ch5, sk1, 1sc in each
Row2: 1sc, increase1, 1sc in each, increase 1 in last
Row3: ch1,increase1, 1sc in each, increase1 in last  (total 8)
Row4 to 80: ch1, 1sc in each
Row81 to 82: ch1, decrease1, sc in each, decrease1 in last
Row83: ch1, sc in each... cut of yarn..
Leave 6 rows free and Sew its both sides together with needle..
Ok now make two handles and stitch on the purse front and back...

Pocket

Row 1 to 10:  Ch16, 1hdc into each..
In last.. 1sc in each all around..
Stitch Flower on it
Make 2 pockets and stitch them on front of the bag..

1st layer:- *3dc, sl st into circle*  rep until you get 6 petals..
2nd layer:-  (this layer is made up in two parts, the first part involves creating a series of ch loops and the second part involves creating the petal out of the ch loops)
Hold the flower so that its up right with the right side facing you..
Sl st into back loop of very first petal,  *ch3,sl st into back loop of second petal, rep until you get 6 ch loops...
Now here we are going with petals...
*3dc, sl st into ch loop, 3dc,sl st into same loop* rep until you get 12 petals...
If you want bigger.. Just repaeat from second layer process...
